Manuela Casagranda was known for many things. A strange virus had been spreading throughout the state. It had already affected roughly a fourth of the population, but nobody was quite sure what it was or how to treat it. All that was known is that it made victims sluggish and nauseous.
Unfortunately, you were feeling rather sluggish and nauseous lately, despite spending most of your time inside away from any other diseased people. Nevertheless, you didn't want yourself getting worse, so you headed out to your local clinic to see if they could treat you. You arrived at the unkempt, cramped building, a neat row of chairs in the back with terminally ill-looking people seated in each one. N
